We would like to provide an update on the manufacturing of the iBuee shower heads. Unfortunately, the manufacturing process is taking longer than expected, and the plant will complete all manufacturing processes by January 30th. However, this means that we will miss our original international freight plan.
We are sorry to inform you that we have to revise our first delivery in March to give us enough buffer to ensure no further delay. We understand that this is not ideal, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will start shipping the products as soon as they arrive at our Texas office. You will receive tracking information via message or email.
